1. Celery- good for kidneys, poor memory, nervous tension and perspiration.

2. Honey - considered the perfect food at room temperature, but if it's heated, it reduces it's nutritional value.

3. Foods that are good for Blood: beets and the herb nettle.

4. Potato soup - good for stomach and kidney problems.

5. Radish - good for stimulating the appetite.

6. Spinach - great weight loss aid since it has a laxative effect. It's also good for the lymphatic, urinary and digestive systems.

7. Bananas - are filling, which is good for weight loss efforts and also good for the muscular system.

8. Immune Boosters- Good for the immune system: Vitamin A, Beta-carotene, Vitamin C and Zinc. All of these are also good for their anti-oxidants and anti-viral properties.

9. Anti-bacterial- Aloe Vera, St. John's Wort, garlic, grapefruit seed, tea tree, bee pollen and Goldenseal.

10. Symptoms you may be lacking Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fats:

Excessive thirst

Chronic fatigue

Hyperactivity

Depression

Schizophrenia

Dry skin

PMS

Asthma

11. Good sources of Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential oils: flaxseeds, walnuts, salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, eggs, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, corn, soy beans and wheat germ.
