Buy American, For America
If you live in the United States, then you are probably, hopefully a patriot. You love your country. You want your country to thrive and succeed. If you go to any store in America you will find items that are made in many different regions of the world especially China. You may not even be aware of the small print that says, "Made in...." or "Manufactured in....".
We are in deep debt to China. What is wrong with us, America? China hates us, but we still rely heavily on them. I'll admit, I've been guilty of buying products made in China, but I should not. I've been shrugging it off like it's no big deal, but it is a BIG DEAL. Everytime we choose to buy something that is Not Made In America, we are hurting ourselves, our country, our economy. We are outsourcing jobs to other countries.
I have resolved that I will only buy American made products from food to toys from now on. I should have been doing this long, long ago. By my resolve to make such a small change, I don't know if I can help, but if enough Americans only bought American made products, it could make a difference. Why should I not do anything because I think I cannot make a difference by myself.
By myself, I may not make a difference but with many of my American friends helping me, we can do anything!
I've compiled several links to American Companies and websites that would love to have your business! I'm not making a dime, just helping our economy.
Still Made in USA - Great site that offers a wide variety of items for Home, Garden, Music,Sporting goods, tools, handcrafted items and much more.
All USA Clothing -Sweatshirts, socks, belts, jeans, footwear and more.
These are just a few of countless websites you can find that offer only USA products that will support our workers and make our country stronger.

Howdy lovelypaper - It really seems to me like some sort of paradoxical thing that U.S. folks are really inventive, but their inventions seem today to be manufactured almost anywhere in the world except in the United States.
Gus :-)))
I remember I was at work one day and had to come up with something catchy for an advertisement flyer. All of a sudden it hit me...."Made in the USA..."
It worked and my boss was pleased!
Thanks for your great hub, lovelypaper!
I agree with you. We should look at where products are made and buy America. Thank you for a fine Hub.
