Still being used by God through the internet!

When you think of witnessing or sharing your faith, you probably think of passing out tracts or knocking on doors. Many Christians including myself find it hard to walk up to a stranger or knock on doors to share our faith. It's a good idea and we want to please God by letting others know that God loves them and showing them the light of God. As I grow in my faith, God gives me a little more faith and courage to share my faith but I've found that over time, the internet seems to have become my niche in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you've read my hub, Email Evangelist, hopefully you've gotten some fresh ideas on how to share Jesus.

I would like to go into detail on one particular way I use that is easy and has the potential to reach thousands a people a day for Christ. If you have a website besides Hubpages that you use to bring in the lost and broken hearts to the Lord, then here is what you do if you haven't already tried this: Okay, once you have a powerful website up that explains the Gospel message (that God sent His son Jesus to die on the Cross for our sins, rose again and is in Heaven with His and Our Father and His spirit also lives inside us) then you will want to promote your site. You can do a Google search for "traffice exchange sites". One I use is Clickranch. You are going to copy and paste your website url onto these exchange sites and earn credits by "surfing" the sites that come across the screen automatically, Once you surf for a while and your credits are built up, you can use these credits to get people to view your website. It's kind of boring but so worth it if, when you check how many clicks you've gotten you realize that people are visiting your site. I do not recommend that you use these traffic exchange sites to promote Hubpages. They will find out and send you a warning.

You can also promote your website by posting your url on forums. I don't necessarily use the Christian forums to promote my site because many unbelievers will not be visiting these forums to begin with. So try different forums just make sure you are posting within the right threads.

You don't have a website yet but would like to start one? Okay, once again, you can Google "create a free website" and you will find many, many webhosting sites that will walk you through putting up a custom website. Weebly is a good one. Most of these web building sites are good and give you many templates (styles) you can choose from. You can have your website up and running in as little as one hour if you already know what kind of content you want on your site. Don't' forget to use Google Adsense to monotize your site. If you have more than one site, remember to put all your links from your others sites in there and do this for each site so you will always have some kind of traffic from any or all of your sites.

Well that's about it. I hope that this has been helpful. I plan on shining my light more and more and letting God use me. I implore all my fellow Christians, my brothers and sister to step out of your comfort zone just a little and ask God to give you courage and His Holy Spirit to help you do His will. If you are not a Christian, you can have the peace and power from God that He will give you. God always meets you where you're at. God is no respector of persons. He loves the homeless, dirty, ugly, stupid (sorry, I'm trying to make a point) as well as the wealthy, educated, beautiful people. We are all his creation and He made us in our mother's womb. I'm not going to promote my site here but I will just say, If you don't know Jesus or you don't believe in Jesus ask Him to show up if He really exists. He will. If you want to have forgiveness of your sins no matter how many or how bad, just pray something like this : " Father God, I believe that you loved me so much that you sent your only son, Jesus to die on the Cross for me and rose from the dead.I ask you, Lord to forgive me my sins. Take over my life and come live in my heart. Show me how to live like Jesus. Help me understand the Bible. Thank you for loving me. Amen."
